CSUSB HelpDesk software diagnostic services CSUSB Alumni Association members can have diagnostics run on their computer software at a competitive price ($45 per visit). If the issue is software-related and fixable, the CSUSB HelpDesk will fix the issue for free. Hardware issues are not covered. (Payment must be made at the Bursar prior to remitting machine to the HelpDesk; membership card required.) For a complimentary parking pass, please contact the CSUSB Alumni Association at least 24 hours before you intend to drop off/pick up your computer.
