2010 Annual General Meeting Notice Please join us for the CSUSB Retirees Association Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 4, 2010 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pine Room (Lower Commons) Our meeting will take place prior to President Karnig’s Retirement Celebration Luncheon, which recognizes faculty and staff who will retire this year. All CSUSB retirees are encouraged to join us at the general meeting to hear organization updates, elect officers, and ratify the updated bylaws. To review the agenda and meeting materials, please see other pages within this CSUSB Retirees Association section. Copies of all materials will be available at the meeting. The success of the Retirees Association is based on the support and participation of our members, and we have some exciting news to share, so we hope to see you at this upcoming meeting. Please contact the Alumni Affairs Office at (909) 537-3700 or alumni@csusb.edu to let us know by May 27, 2010, whether or not you plan to attend. Please note: Crews will be filming and taking photos at the meeting and luncheon for the Convocation Video to be shown at the President’s Convocation in September. Following our meeting, members are invited to attend the President’s Retirement Celebration Luncheon, which will be held in the Obershaw Dining Room (Upper Commons). Lunch is complimentary for all retirees and is only $11 for other guests; however, reservations are required. The entrée is lasagna and you may choose meat or vegetarian. |
